Reston Lined Scalloped Valance - Sterling

Reston Valance is a fully lined scalloped valance accented with a cording across the bottom edge. The Reston valance features a zigzag stripes on a white background. The valance has a 3" pocket & a 1" header. For proper fullness, use approx two times your window width in fabric. For wider windows use multiple valances. 100% Cotton/ Duck Cloth. Made in the USA.
