Chelsea features a solid printed woven pattern. Chelsea also has a foam back for extra privacy. Chelsea has a 1 1/2" pocket & 1 1/2" header. For proper fullness, use approx two times your window width in fabric. For wider windows use multiple pieces. 70% Polyester/30% with a foam backing. Machine Washable. Made in the USA.
