Balmoral Scalloped Valance - Red
The Balmoral Scalloped valance features a large scale floral pattern on a high quality fabric. Valance has a 1 1/2"” rod pocket and a 1 1/2” header. For proper fullness use 1 ½ to 2 times the windows width in fabric. For wider windows use multiple valances. Coordinating panels also available. 100% polyester Crushed Taffeta, Dry clean only.

They're Just OK
I was thinking they came with a valance as that's what it SAID - includes one valance and to me that is the little piece at the top BUT was told that sometimes the PANELS are referred to as valances. Ugh. I also was disappointed they aren't lined. Will have to be CAREFUL to read and understand the descriptions better I guess. The last curtains I purchased were perfect - love them! These, not so much
